nice little ramen shop across from the hpd. food is good and prices are reasonable. parking is a big problem though as there aren't enough.

Quick service, the food came out hot with steam coming out, solid taste, cheap and filling! The name is slightly misleading since I feel that their best items are not the ramen. However, I feel like the ramen is made light on purpose to compliment the rest of the menu. If you just need a nice place to relax with cheap and good food, then this is it!

Did a phone order and picked up my food in 10 minutes, very convenient and good tasting too!

A HOLE IN THE WALL!!! If your reading this, I would stop if I were you and swing on by to the ramen shop and get some good noodles for a really low price. And no I'm not sponsored, lol I wish I was honestly. Parking is difficult, very minimum. The sitting area inside could fit roughly about 50-60 people, plenty of seats for anyone who is craving for noodles.Also, they do have specials on a daily basis that your whole family could enjoy for affordable price. Trust and believe me, this is the place to be 😊😊😊🤙🤙🤙

If you want something quick and tasty this is the place. They have limited parking and no public restrooms but their food is good.

Tai Sei serves a standard menu of fried noodle dishes, curries, etc. plus ramen featuring okay broth and very good ramen noodles. We also ordered gyoza, which appeared to be deep fried. Overall, I'd give them 3 stars, but the prices are very good, so that bumps them up to 3 1/2 stars. Located across the street from HPD.

Great lunch spot. Fast service. Sat my group with no reservation quickly. The specials were reasonably priced. Portion sizes weren't enormous, but everyone left satisfied. Katsu curry was simple and although nothing to write home about were enjoyable.

The food is delicious. Service was awesome. Prices are reasonable. They also offer a reward card for return customers. I will definitely be a regular here.

Great friend rice. It is local style and the House Special Fried Rice is always full of flavor. It punches your mouth with the bacon and veggie medley. Their fried gyozas are also a treat. The service is also pretty fast even when they are really busy. Although I haven't tried everything, I find what I have tried great. I give them a thumbs up. By the way, they also have party trays that are pretty tasty.

Yakisoba was good

Best yakisoba ever! Grew up eating here n never gets old. Always get the hot sauce yakisoba extra spicy n extra noodles with meat. Yessah

Everything I've tried is really good but the absolute best thing in the menu is Shoyu Yakisoba. It's so simple yet there is a perfect balance of ingredients. I've eaten this dish for over ten years and they alway get it right.

Visiting Hawaii for the first time in 9 years, the Seafood Fried Rice is everything I remember and more, it is the best in my book!

The fried rice is excellent and the portion was really good, definitely shareable.

There is something about this place that is difficult to resist I thing is that home taste in most dishes I love their fried rice

Amazing place, i highly recommend the chicken curry with rice, the chicken is nice and crispy and the curry is not that spicy just has a little kick to it.
